Banky W Signs ₦140M Deal With Samsung

The year's already looking very good for R&B giant and label exec Banky W. We've just been told the EME boss has renewed his endorsement deal with Samsung Electronics West Africa, which his reps say is worth about N140m.

'Banky and Nollywood star, Kate Henshaw will be the faces of Samsung Electronics West Africa Mobile Division. They will work together to raise awareness for Samsung mobile products, and ultimately contribute to making Samsung phones the preferred brand in the West Africa sub-region', according to a statement from his reps.

Banky W has in the past been involved with Telecommunications Company Etisalat and Coca Cola Bottling Company, among others.

'This is my second run as a Samsung brand ambassador and I'm grateful for the opportunity', Banky W said in a recent interview. The gifted singer will unveil his new album R&BW this Friday, at the Civic Centre, in Lagos.
